Loganville Real Estate

Loganville is located primarily in Walton County, though a small portion lies within neighboring Gwinnett County. The city is home to almost 9,000 residents. At one time Hollywood couple Burt Reynolds and Loni Anderson called Loganville their home. Known to residents as "The City That Wishes You Well," it's a lovely southern town brimming with charm and caring neighbors. The City of Loganville is convenient to major thoroughfare Highway 78 between Atlanta and Athens, and Highway 20 between Lawrenceville and Conyers. Gwinnett County Transit (GCT) and Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) also make getting in and out of the city easy for residents.

Loganville is home to the historic Vines Botanical Gardens. This landmark features 25 acres of themed gardens, antique statuary, a 3.5 acre Swan Lake, fountains, water features, annuals, perennials, water garden, garden railroad, and a formal Rose Garden. Vines Manor House includes a restaurant, special events rooms, and gift shop for residents to enjoy. Homeowners in the area will also look forward to community events such as Loganfest Fall Festival which takes place each year.

Loganville residents will have access to lots of shopping. Downtown Loganville is lined with family-owned shops and there are lots of popular retailers within the city limits. Nearby Gwinnett Place Mall and Mall of Georgia offer additional stores as well as dining and entertainment options. You'll also find Loganville to be a great place for antiquing.

Students in Loganville will attend Walton County Public schools. Within city limits are Loganville Primary School, Loganville Elementary School, Loganville Middle School and Loganville High School. The area is also convenient to competitive private schools and there are several colleges and universities nearby.

Breathtaking gated communities, equestrian estates and elegant custom homes are available in the delightful town of Loganville. The vast amounts of land in the area afford many residents ample acreage to enjoy. A variety of architectural styles are available at a wide range of prices. While homes in the area are valued at over $1 million, well-maintained homes bursting with charm are available from the low $100s.
